Since these products have adverse effects, many people are looking for natural ways. Here are few ways to whiten your teeth.

Doctor can perform teeth whitening procedures to whiten your teeth in the safest way. They may also recommend you a teeth whitening products to use at night where in this product whitens your teeth while you sleep.

Baking Soda

Mix one spoon of baking powder with 2 spoons of water and brush your teeth. The results cannot be seen overnight but after several days of use you can see considerable results. Baking soda has natural teeth whitening properties along with that it’s also avoids the growth of bacteria in mouth and hence prevents cavities.

Apple cider vinegar

Acetic acid which is present in Apple cider vinegar is the main ingredient which helps in killing the bacteria in mouth and this property makes it a good whitening agent for teeth. It had to be used like a mouthwash. It is not recommended to use this product daily as it softens the teeth enamel.

Fruits and vegetables

Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet; it’s good for your body as well as teeth. Munching raw fruits and vegetables will reduce the plaque from the teeth. Particularly strawberries and pineapple are the best fruits proven to whiten your teeth.

Taking Precautions 

Keep your teeth and gums healthy by following routine and regular check-ups with dentist. Avoid beverages like coffee which stain the teeth and if you consume this brush immediately. Include a lot of calcium rich foods in your diet which strengthens your teeth and also maintains the teeth enamel.
